Plötzlich hört man ein lautes Schreien.

Zwei Autos weiter vorne passiert etwas.

Ein schwarzer Van hat die Tür geöffnet.

Zwei maskierte Männer ziehen ein kleines Mädchen aus einem teuren Auto.

Die Mutter des Mädchens schreit um Hilfe.

Asek springt aus seinem Auto.

Er zieht seine Waffe.

„Einer der Entführer hat gehumpelt.“
"One of the kidnappers was limping."
„Ich habe das Geräusch seines Schrittes gehört.“
"I heard the sound of his step."
„Klopfen, Schritt, Klopfen, Schritt.“
"Knock, step, knock, step."
„Und er roch sehr stark nach Zitronen-Seife.“
"And he smelled very strongly of lemon soap."
„Das ist ein seltsamer Geruch für einen Verbrecher“, denkt Asek.

Asek ruft die Zentrale an.
Asek calls headquarters.

Eine Stunde später meldet sich ein Polizist.

„Er saß in einem Café, zwei Straßen weiter.“

„Er hat ein verletztes Bein und riecht nach Zitrone.“

Asek fährt zur Polizeistation.

Die Nachricht lautet: „Die Polizei hat den Fahrer. Plan B starten.“
The message reads: "The police have the driver. Start Plan B."
Asek wird kalt.
Asek goes cold.
Der Bettler hat Asek geholfen, den Fahrer zu fangen.

„Guten Abend, ‚blinder‘ Mann“, sagt Asek.

Der Bettler erschrickt.

„Du bist nicht blind“, sagt Asek.
"You are not blind," says Asek.
„Und du hast den Entführer verraten.“
"And you betrayed the kidnapper."
„Er war mein Partner“, gibt der Bettler zu.
"He was my partner," admits the beggar.
„Aber er wollte das Lösegeld nicht teilen.“
"But he did not want to share the ransom."
„Also habe ich Ihnen den Tipp gegeben.“
"So I gave you the tip."
„Ich dachte, wenn er im Gefängnis ist, gehört das Mädchen mir.“
"I thought if he is in prison, the girl belongs to me."
„Plan B war, das Mädchen von der Polizei zu stehlen.“
"Plan B was to steal the girl from the police."
Asek ist wütend.
Asek is angry.
Er hat den kleinen Fisch gefangen, aber der Hai saß auf der Straße.

„Du hast Augen, aber du siehst nichts“, sagt Asek.
